OPTION A  MAINTENANCE ONLY  £15.50 per month by direct debit

This band would entitle the patient to -
2 examinations and any necessary small radiographs
2 hygienist appointments
 
Any further dental treatment required is at 15% discount from fee guide if paid on day of treatment.

Patients who pay annually in advance are offered a 5% discount on the yearly subscription  (£177.00)

OPTION B FOR Patients with gum problems £23.00 per month

The option of an additional 2 (20mins) HYGIENISTS APPOINTMENTS would be offered to patients who have a gum complaint.

OPTION C FOR CHILDREN aged 6 and older £6.00 per month

2 private examinations and any necessary small radiographs

Aged 5 and under: complimentary private treatment
Aged 6-12 : private treatment at 50% discount of fee if paid on the day
Aged 13-18: private treatment at 25% discount of fee if paid on the day

OPTION D Students over 19 years in full time education £7.50 per month

1 examination and any necessary small X-rays
1 hygienist appointment

Any further dental treatment required is at 15% discount from fee guide if paid on day of treatment.
